All of our Pilates instructors are trained in the STOTT Pilates method. All of our Indoor Cycling instructors are certified through the official Spinning program. Melanie Cruse
Pilates Instructor | Spinning Instructor
Melanie Cruse opened All About Pilates and 360 Cycling Studio with her mother Jill Bunkowske in 2007. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Wyoming in 2005 and has been involved in dance and fitness her entire life.
Melanie had hurt her back in gymastics as a high school athlete and once getting to college her back pain increased. Though her mother had been teaching Pilates for many years, it wasn't until college that Melanie worked with Pilates and has been pain free ever since. She went through the STOTT Pilates Matwork in 2005 and has since completed all the STOTT Pilates Instructor Training.
In 2008, Melanie became certified as a Spinning Instructor. She was drawn to cycling because of the fun classes, low impact, and amazing cardio conditioning. It is a great addition to the Pilates trainings and a fun way to complete a fitness program. Melanie feels very blessed to be able to watch her clients reach their fitness goals and enjoy exercise through personal training.
Melanie also teaches dance at Prima School of Dancing and loves to the opportunity to educate young dancers on the importance of smart training and infusing Pilates into their dance training.

Brandon Cruse Spinning Instructor
Married to Melanie, Brandon is also a Certified Spinning Instructor and plays an integral role in our Indoor Cycling program. He was instramental in implementing Indoor Cycling as a perfect complement to Pilates because of the challenging cardiovascular training option that allows users to adjust their own intensity within the guidelines set forth by instructors.
Fitness has always been a big part of Brandon’s life. Whether he is running, weight training or Spinning, Brandon loves overcoming obstacles and achieving personal goals - not to mention helping others do the same.
As a trainer, Brandon is driven by health and wellness. He thrives on getting to know his clients and helping them challenge themselves and improve over several weeks and months of sessions.

Tammy Buehner
Pilates Instructor
Fitness has been a part of Tammy's life for many years. She enjoys running, yoga, hiking, skiing and weight training. Pilates has been instrumental for Tammy in developing core strength, stability, and a stronger leaner body in addition to improving her posture, balance and flexibility.
Tammy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and her understanding of health and anatomy enables her to help clients achieve both mind and body awareness in personal training. She enjoys Pilates instruction and helping others find their inner strength and grace. |
Bre Dumke
Bre was first introduced to Pilates while running collegiate track at Drake University in Des Moines, IA. Although she loved learning new "core" strengthening exercises, she had no idea how passionate she would become for Pilates. Following undergrad, she taught several sections of Mat Pilates at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO while completing her Masters of Science in Health & Exercise Science. While teaching, Bre was amazed with how many students provided feedback on how Pilates transformed them. From eliminating chronic back pain or being the missing to piece to prior traditional physical therapy programs, the results are certainly worthwhile. During her last year of graduate school, the importance of Pilates in Bre's life became undeniable. After surviving a mountaineering accident in the Sangre de Cristos of southern Colorado she integrated Pilates with her physical therapy program and was able to recover much faster than her doctors expected.
Post graduate school, she immediately moved to Denver to pursue her love for Pilates. She has spent the past year completing the full Pilates training program with Balanced Body at Park Meadows Pilates and Physical Therapy and has also completed the Level 1 STOTT PILATES reformer training in August 2011. She is trained in all levels on all apparatus including Mat, Reformer, Barrel, Chair & the Cadillac and will take her Balanced Body certification exam March 2012 and her Pilates Method Alliance Board exam April 2012. In addition to her M.S. in Health & Exercise Science, she is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and is a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. She loves working with all ages, ability levels an is delighted to share her passion for Pilates with you. |
