360 Indoor Cycling Studio offers an Indoor Cycling program unlike any other in Rapid City. Our Certified Spinning Instructors lead fun and motivational classes using invigorating music and visualization methods to produce effective results.
Classes accommodate any fitness level. Participants are in control to adjust their resistance independently to meet their current ability. Class size is limited to ensure each client is successful in reaching their fitness goals.

What to expect, wear, and bring to your training session:
1. Bring a water bottle!
2. Heart rate monitors are recommended to enhance results, but they are not required.
3. Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes that will not restrict your movement.
4. Bring workout shoes with a firm sole (ie tennis shoes), or cycling shoes with Spinner® compatible clips.
5. If you are new to Indoor Cycling or aerobic exercise, ask about our introductory classes. Classes accommodate ANY fitness level. Private and semi-classes are available upon request.
6. We recommend you take a variety of classes including Endurance, Strength, and Interval. This will promote a balanced workout and ensure success in your fitness goals.
7. Sign up is required for the group classes to reserve a bike. If the class is full, you may sign up for the wait list and be notified if another participant cancels.
Other notes:
• No annual contracts are required for classes sold by individual rides, packages, and unlimited monthly agreements. Call for pricing information.
• Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel or reschedule your training session, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your session to avoid still being charged and allow your spot to be filled.
